in my previous post here, i shared an image i created that shows the Seven Statements superimposed over one of my drawings. my addition of that seven chakra drawing/diagram to the post was intended as a 'sharing' of the Seven Statements. they are to be read or thought or spoken beginning at the bottom with  'i apologize' going up to the top to the seventh statement 'NOW'.

i have experienced these statements to be highly effective while communicating with my body, my water in my body, any difficult or challenging situation personally or otherwise. 

i'd LOVE to hear back from anyone who employs these statements and recognizes benefit(s).
