As a human experiencing feelings, love is a feeling! Light is the only real connection to oneness! Faith is essential yes and I have lived my life knowing that I am here to witness and be a part of something special….. that is faith …. to carry on through the pain and adversity not knowing what’s coming next on the road ahead …. Yes being an empath and having psychic ability not knowing what to do with it constantly getting downloads and messages often visions of what will happen the next day! Our active higher beings are looking out for us, we are truly blessed in that sense but the constant knowing and feeling can be overwhelming at times I agree.

I did the video version it was my first breath works meditation and my chakras lit up from the bottom to the top during the meditation I was shown every colour of the sharkras from the bottom to top. I will definitely be doing these breath work sessions again! 🧡🩷💛💚🩵💙

Wow ehat an experience And it’s these types of experience where we wake up and we know you can feel it in your gut that it is real that it happened. It’s not just a dream. This was something that happened to you and I believe that the hair in your coffee on your lips was simply confirmation because they wanted you to believe in the experience you have had last night.

I have had dreams where I’ve been shown an entire day or portion of the day or whole evening and then the very next day. Every single thing that’s happened in my dream occurs in reality. I know we call this déjà vu, but who has déjà vu for hours and hours on end, we have been told these things for a reason so we can be guided through the experience knowing that everything is going to be okay. I too had the feeling of Being completely at peace with it, in the understanding that everything was going to be okay, and that whatever was happening, was bent to happen.
