Why is it that the Native American Genocide is a none issue? it is not the passed it is on going genocide  because .. Treaties are what gave the current governments of the Americas the right to Co govern as equals with them this is a legal contract. In reality because they where not honored these governments are not legal ..and why they still seek to destroy Indigenous peoples
