I've been trying to astral project for a while now but haven't been able to make any progress I'm wondering if there is any tips u can give, to help me along other than to meditate (resources on the best way to meditate as well would help ). I've been researching on how to astral project but feel like I'm stuck and can't move forward spiritually.
