I got it about a year ago from my mentor, Dr. Karen Kan. She creates Ascension jewelry and pyramids then infuses them with healing codes. Her store only opens now and then as she builds up her stock. Not sure if she’s selling right now.

How many mg of nicotine will you use for prevention?

I use muscle testing on myself and got a yes to try patches but no to the gum. I’m sensitive to many ingredients so the gum probably wouldn’t agree with my stomach. Good luck to you.

I am going to try the nicotine patches starting tomorrow! I bought the 21 mg and will cut into thirds. I’ll let everyone know here how I feel in a week. Who else is trying it?
