Cate I completely understand how you feel and that is a very complicated and sophisticated self of being you are existing in at this particular moment. You said there there isn't any EES centers around your area? And in another way to look at the problem is that you are not the only one in the universe that has limiting beliefs that disqualify you from enjoying and obtaining a life as you might see someone else living in as far as happiness and joy. You create your own reality and you believe what you tell yourself. If you want to feel like your shell is dying then your shell is going to die. If you tell yourself that your shell is dying then your shell is going to die. You are what you think and you are what you believe. Don't limit yourself to these self-defeating and captivating belief systems and self images. It's all about perception and how you look at yourself and your belief systems. I totally get it though, I still struggle with self-destructing thinking.

I seen a abduction situation and where a typical Grey ET was visiting an older woman in her bedroom at night and she woke up one night and asked the ET why he was so ugly and why the ET looked as it did and the ET replied through to telepathy, "we are you." So that absolutely makes 100% perfect sense. From a alternative reality and parallel Earth they are trying to save their species and are doing so through hybridization programs. Sometimes I just want to sit back and not know everybody's intentions and vibration. It can be overwhelming.

I will be checking in on that. I have really strong intuition. Sometimes I think it's a curse rather than a gift because I can pick up on people's energy levels and feelings and intentions within the first 5 to 10 seconds I talk to them or see them.

But my best advice and recommendation is to stay clean and sober on a day-to-day basis only taking each day one day at a time sometimes 1 hour at a time sometimes one minute and if need be one second. Don't overwhelm yourself and try to stay focused and I have used the meditation technique and different types of meditations to de-stress and to stay focused on the prize. Try to see if you can find a EES Healing Center near you and try to see when you can get in for an appointment.
