I have a question for our great UNIFYD TV friends!?! So what if I were to share some of this footage on another platform?? Is that a no no?? Or am I aloud to do that.. Whatever you do.. or don't do.. do not be scared or share any type of negativity. Surround yourself with positivity and love. Do you have to sit there for 3 hours and tell yourself that you love yourself repeatedly over and over again in order to get in that right frame of reality then that's what you have to do.. it's not easy but it's only as hard as you make it. Wow but basically what you're going to do is love the spirits or entities away because they absolutely cannot stand love light or positivity and they feed off of negative or lower frequencies and vibrations and they do so by like you said trying to connect to your energy field or your higher self and your soul so this is the way to do it.. hijack the energy field and blow it all away with the strongest and deepest love and light that you can ever imagine and I promise you they will leave you alone.. you will take

I trembled at time within my personal experience but the more I acknowledged it the bigger and stronger it grew. The more darkness I let into my vision the darker my thoughts and vibrations became.
