Can anyone tell me if you can shift into another reality without meditating, visualization , and with unbalanced chokras . One night I was contemplating why I believed the thing I did do when I couldn't find the missing piece of the puzzle I began to search and I started watching nde videos and something  clicked and then it was synchronicitiy after synchronicity I stayed up for 3 days going down the rabbit hole.  After I finally slept I awoke and began searching for more knowledge but things weren't the way they were the night before I start seeing outlandish things I never heard before I always knew darkness was out there but know it's like someone pulled up the curtain on it and it's undeniable did I shift into a new reality oram I going insane
