Sharing my thoughts:
- I enjoy this topic as my career and purpose aligned many years ago… I am a professor of holistic nutrition and alternative medicine (now called integrative health) at the American College of Healthcare Sciences, food is SO important. What we eat and absorb literally becomes our physical body.
- The Hippocrates Health Institute in Boca Raton, FL is in my opinion one of the best places to enhance your knowledge about raw living organic foods (all plant-based). Algea, seaweed, sprouts, wheatgrass, and a very specific green juice is their recipe to a high vibrational body and mind.
- Soaking and sprouting raw organic beans, nuts, seeds and grains make foods more alive and bioavailable (sunflower sprouts are the best - yum!)
- A topic I didn’t hear discussed on the video is “mold”… it’s important to ensure the food you are eating is mold free (it’s a common issue in nuts, coffee, and oranges)
