I enjoyed the interview but I didn't hear any solutions offered - meaning how do we protect ourselves from the mind control tools that are being used on us daily?  Obviously avoiding music and tv programming, but what about the other stuff we're exposed to?  I type this as I'm sitting next to my TLS Cube hoping it helps!

I only use the patches, when needed (meaning if get sick, I do the nicotine patch detox for 6 days just to be safe). Never used the gum or pouches, protecting my mouth/teeth.
