Interesting thought hmmmm…..,

If I remember correctly. Label was 100% cotton. Made in USA. Years many years ago. I was very tall had a tough time buy clothes that fit me. Bought men’s jeans and flannel shirts. Otherwise made most of my school and work clothes. We learned sewing, cooking in jr. high school home economics classes was a requirement. Also had a strict dress code public school. Thing’s have changed……

I’ve always had a large garden and put up the harvest canning and freezing. Using glass mason jars. Also ball brand glass jars with metal lids and rings my grandmother and aunt taught me when I was little girl . I use jars for food storage. Also for dinking glasses. You can get cartons of these jars in all sizes. They last forever. I have some really old ones that I store flour etc. an other food in 🙏❤️

I had a all natural fibers/ cotton futon on floor. Later a friend made wooden planks frame low to floor. To keep it clean/ slightly off floor. I best sleep! The smell so nice! Of untreated wood and natural cotton/ wool. Can’t understand why humans feel that have to change/ fix things that are already perfectly fine! So much disrespect for our earth

All natural cotton material/ futon mat on floor or wood plank frame = zzzzz. A good sleep and the smell is so nice!

😊 Also had a big long hair white Samoyed dog breed also used as sledding dogs. My friend used my brushed white fur and spun it with wool and knit mittens Sox hats etc. ❤️😊

Synthetic fabric is Not the the way. Never likeed the feel on my body ever as a child. Got itchy rashes and sweating skin. I started working as soon as I could. Work paper when I was 15. Many jobs. During college work as seamstress for a dress designer and a very high end shop on Newbury Street Boston for interior designers. Shop sold fabric from France. And home/ etc item that myself and a couple of us made in store. This was in early 1970’s. The had printed borders and fabric was coated with fermalderhide sp?.

Yes. My Grandma taught me the same things in the garden. With broccoli cabbage and most plants. Re seeding. So you don’t really have to buy seeds. Ever! ❤️
