I can never understand why human beings are the way they are. The people of this country where this colony ridge place is should be ashamed of themselves for not doing anything about this cruelty, it takes a foreign country to rescue these poor dogs. Why? They should electrify the wire fence that would stop these people from coming there and leaving their trash every where. People out there with billions, yeah all you billionaires out there shame on you, how about using your billions to do some good for this planet and help all those poor animals who are suffering and species of animals becoming extinct because we think we have more rights to this planet.
