I haven't remembered my dreams for years as I previously stated. However, I get very vivid visions and know that I am astral traveling frequently. I wake up exhausted, bedding and mattress all askew, my hair is a hot mess, and feels like I had a good romp in the hay all night 🤣😂🤣😂

I am no expert on every subject however I do have a lot of knowledge in many different areas. I agree; it seems to me that this may be a recollection of another lifetime and holds keys to overcoming those situations and or fears

I have not remembered my dreams for many many years now so those who recommend keeping a dream journal is pretty obsolete for me. I personally have VERY VIVID VISIONS that are giving me little pieces at a time of the full puzzle of ME. Like an onion🧅 I have been peeling back layer by layer, the many faces of many lives, however many lifetimes ago. I embrace my soul's journey with open arms 🫂
