Yes Jason I felt the heavy in the air although I got myself out in nature and did some earthing took my shoes off to my naked souls with my girls and walked them home from school very important to do earthing everyone...

I have been starting my breath work although constant interruptions and thoughts keep distracted and I pray 🙏 to 👀 get focused and sometimes feel like GOD is not listening eventhough I know that he cares and is listening I have had 7 children and I am 48 yrs old learning to tune in, it is a skill and not binary whatever this means still learning...sending love out to all AMEN
