Sherif Osman I agree. This was just left here to plant a seed for whomever it finds. There’s more to the story than what’s being shared. Hopefully it causes more research with the intention of making our expansion a reality. This is meant for the ones who consider themselves advanced. Thanks for the work you are doing! Lots of people still asleep and waking them up can be excruciatingly frustrating at times. And then the ones who are “awake “ are being caught by the second or third net that they use to stop the awakening. My only goal is to show that the love and light message is a good one, but one can easily become distracted by it or complacent because it sounds so good. And it’s true at the highest levels. However there are some parts of this that are being left out on purpose by other beings. Just something to look into. Hopefully it helps those who need it, whether they realize it or not

I was taught a very simple way to eat. Dont eat anything that is dead or that is a result of death. Meaning eat a chicken, its dead, no more chicken. If you eat a mango, life can continue because of the seed inside. Obviously gmo foods and science has made seedless fruits and vegetables. Those are not to be eaten. Almost all plants can be consumed and replanted or re rooted, ect. Animals cannot be consumed without killing them. From there you consciously try to eat better. Simple.
