Tried it was relaxing for a my body

For a good 10minutes my body had no pains as I never felt before what it is no pains as for past life? dint had the chance to see it yet as it was my first time trying meditation 🧘‍♂️ I will keep trying and exploring other meditation as it worked giving me 10 minutes no pains wow just that made me cry.
