Yes they have a collective consciousness even when one tree is sick not just the roots come together underground but even the tops of the trees intertwine and share nutrients to get the sick trees better. It's like us, if one of us is hurting and we all get together and heal we get better. Look it up theres some really cool stuff they talk a lot about all this stuff within the native spiritualuality it's all about creator and connecting with nature and thanking creator and all that is here for us. The sun to grow our food, water to help it grow.. being grateful for the land that doesn't belong to anyone but if we use it with respect it will treat us with respect. I found that a good resource when looking into the nature/spiritual connection.

I've been also been on a lot of journeys in the bush with elders for months at a time. It's a real good way to reconnect to roots. A healing lodge or just living off the land like we did. I am not native but really got a lot out of this. They are really spiritual people and we have a lot to learn from their wisdom. And they actually respect their elders and all the knowledge they pass down. That's where they get the shamans, the healers, the elders. All of it is just a really cool experience to unplug and get back to roots.
