I've been also been on a lot of journeys in the bush with elders for months at a time. It's a real good way to reconnect to roots. A healing lodge or just living off the land like we did. I am not native but really got a lot out of this. They are really spiritual people and we have a lot to learn from their wisdom. And they actually respect their elders and all the knowledge they pass down. That's where they get the shamans, the healers, the elders. All of it is just a really cool experience to unplug and get back to roots.

Makes me emotional to see complete strangers taking the time to do something so simple but so nice. It's just like i see you and I want you to feel good and here's some flowers and hug 🫂 🤗 😢 (happy tears). Being of service to others for me is the best way I know how to feel better when I am feeling down! So why not everyone try to take the challenge and do something nice for someone. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to have money and buy something just a simple act of kindness 💜. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them and be heard. Much love everyone! Sending 🤗🫂 to the world
