I wish y’all would time stamp your episodes ( this goes for all the content on UNIFYD TV , not just this series): such as filming/recording date as well as premiere/air date. The latter being more important . Though technically time isn’t real. I’m big into numbers & synchroncities. So it’d be nice to have that added touch. It’s something I always look for when watching things 🙃

One of the worst (if not thee worst) things someone can do, is trap themselves in victim mentality. Don’t do it ! We are all victims (to varying degrees & periods of time ) at some point in our life... Victim mentality is dangerous bc it not only disempowers you, but it also prevents one from taking accountability of one’s life to shift things for the better. And lacking accountability & blaming others, leaves room for spiteful retaliation. Thus, a vicious cycle of discord & fighting (inner & outer) ensues.
