The Son
There is a star like our sun.
Born of this Earth, he was a seed from this gun.
Coming of age and now a young man.
Shining so bright like a Ray-Ban.
He is my son and was born a star.
In life I know this star will go far.
I hate the fact that they took him from me.
Simply because of my power of 3.
He has it too, and it is divine.
His power of 3 is stronger than mine.
I noticed it shortly after his birth.
I'm just saying, for what it's worth.

The hall with no wall
Yea though I walk through the valley of death.
The time has not come for me to take my last breath.
I am a sinner but my sins I have confessed.
There are those out there helping me make my life blessed.

Take time to see what is there.
Take the time to make yourself fully aware.
Don't just sit there and do nothing but stare.

An open mind must be strong.
There are those making you feel as if you don't belong.

A Light
I fight for what's right, not for what's wrong.
So many treat me as if I don't belong.
I'm not the one singing the wrong song.
All I know is I must be strong.
All of my days were dark and gray.
I continue to pray everyday.
I'm a terrible person most people say.
When will the others take me away?
My third eye can see as the other two lose sight.
I try not to do wrong as I fight for what's right.
My bark is loud and I have a hell of a bite.
Surrounded by darkness, I'll be a light.
