Hey. So I watched an interview with Marc Schwartz about an immune system protocol. He listed a lot of vitamins and such. I wanted to see if anyone new maybe 1 multi vitamin that has all he talked about or a good source to get the vitamins. It seems hard to trust any large brand provider these days. So any help would be great!
