I Love the knowledge that Ray shares with us and appreciate his keeping his anonymity. Because this protects him, his family, his mission and preserves the knowledge still coming forth to us. He's genuine in his expression and communication and I really love and appreciate that about him.

The greatest challenge I feel we face is lack of self love. If we don't love ourselves how can we Love God? How can we Love others? God is Love so you can see this is a disrupter and resistance in your inner being. So the journey to self love must be mastered, we must abandon self abuse, self sabotage and let go and allow the Love and beauty that is all around us to flow toward us and through us so others can benefit as well.

Like he said we all do when we dram astral travel is just another name for it. 

Mine are very much realistic too, and I seem to get a lot done and go to other realms that don't exist here either. I wish I was an accomplished artist so I can depict and show others what I actually see. So much is so beautiful and spectacular.  I feel that is more real than here. It's like living in two worlds or dimensions.
