Even if this was free, they would have to have the resources and money to lease a commercial space or if they are affluent enough they could buy a building to house it in, pay for the overhead of utilities, insurances, city permits, state  and city licenses and pay for staff to run the place and pay for everything else we know is inherent to a brck and mortar business like phone system, chairs, desks, furnishin

I think it's bizarre, especially since he's not even in office.  I also have to wonder, what was going on that they deployed this to bring our attention to this. Something else is going on that they didn't want us to notice.

Yes writing cursive affects the neurosomatics of the body and brain.  I was astonished as I learned that they no longer taught cursive in the 90's. Amazing.  Teaching kids to do their own research and not be dependent on fact checker or ai or a teacher who is an authority in their minds. Doing independent research to make their own informed consent.

People who are rich, wealth and cheap as hell is because they possess self loathing and an inherent fear that they are constantly running away from . They are living in hell here, right now. The wealth they are so greedy with and of, is the very jail and that incarcerates their mind and body. IT is a curse that is self inflicted because of a distorted perspective. That being said they also suffer from a childhood trauma that they have not wanted to deal with. They are more concerned with the material world. And perhaps their soul contract is for them to struggle with that as a point of contrast in this lifetime with other lifetimes.  At any moment they can release the bodega and no longer suffer with that miserable existence. It's their free will. It's not for any of us to judge, just to know that this is reflecting back something to us since we are all connected. Grace and compassion must be given to all. Because in doing so we give it back to ourselves.
