It's sometimes hard to implement and understand what is being taught. Sometimes these things leave me more confused and overwhelmed on where to even start and what to do. I have a hard to putting a lesson on something that is happening in my life. I'm left with is that this or is that that. Ugh the frustrations sometimes. Leaves me exhausted just trying to understand.

But I love Ray and his teachings. A lot of things in the past year or so have resonated and clicked with things I always kinda knew or felt

My grandma and great aunt watch the news non stop.. I mean even day time.. just all day. They believe every single thing and I can't emphasize how much it can sometimes bother me. I see what media does and it's rarely if ever good. I just see that there consistently wanting to divide and its exhausting. I hope that we as humans grow closer together and let government and media fall.
