Can TLS stop the chem trails? Sitting in my garden in the UK looking at the sky, I see the planes moving across the sky and it's too offen. 🤬

I have changed so much in the last few months and the first thing I did 8 months ago was cut sugar out of my diet Christmas 2023. I've removed a lot of chemicals, still a bit more to do. I am more aware of my surroundings, I notice more things that I would have not noticed before, and it's down to my diet with the help of a few. My head is clearer.

I have the ability to read people around me, this is mainly people I know, I know when they are not being truthful, also their body language. I try to warn people and let them know, I know they don't believe me because I sensed it. I would just smile. That was okay with me. I've stopped informing them, but after joining this channel just over a week ago I will let them know. Receiving so much information from this channel is fantastic, my head feels so much clearer, answering questions I've always wanted to know. I am heading in the right direction. I haven't eaten meat for over 20 years, I don't drink alcohol but I do smoke tobacco, something I need to stop. I do try to fast and have done for a while, my longest was 48 hours, my aim is to do the water fasting for 72 hours. I have also booked myself onto EES.
