I was in it for a decade. There are ways to deal with depression and ailments that don’t involve poisoning yourself.

Have you read The “one minute miracle cure?” It helped me a lot. I had to change my diet to living foods and avoid alcohol to reduce my mood swings.

Still get loopy but I am on the rise daily and not going to far into the darkness.
