Omg... I swear I've thought that exact thing before!... I think our own government, Big Pharma, and CIA are all in cahoots with one another and YES,I believe they can create weather, diseases, and whatever they want! Idk why they choose to experiment right here in our country/on our soil. When they could go somewhere/anywhere else to test their diseases and medicines and weather experiments, etc.
Clearly, they didn't care what happens to their own ppl
