A lot of councils around the would could start a web site were locale small bigness can avatise there specials for like $5 a week to help keep rates down and grow the locale economy you might get thing cheeper then buying online and paying shipping and were i am out in the country we pay more for shipping then town people so maybe shops in town could charg a fee to get your goods deliver to ther shop they make money and you save money
