I have trauma in each category. I've come to realize that trauma is a blocker but there is also always a lesson learned from it as well so being optimistic about things like this gives ypu the power to gain wisdom and incite. I don't know how to do this but I do know that it is 100% possible and that people can do it. The way I look at it is that if everything is connected that basically means that it's part of your body because it's connected right?? So why wouldn't you be able to move one of your body parts?? Unless you are paralyzed physically and I think it's the same thing mentally.. if you believe it's not possible or that it's not connected to you and that it's not something that's possible then you will you will be mentally paralyzed and crippled as well leaving you umable to inflict this type of gift . ♥︎⁹⁹⁹♥︎
