I wrote a pledge to the world and cosmos.
I recognize my place within the interconnected web of existence,
And my duty to respect all life.
I pledge to act with kindness, reason, and a sense of shared destiny,
To leave our world better than I found it.
May my choices honor the generations to come and the cosmos that cradles us.
