If you put solar panels and wind turbines on every stree light and centers on them so the lights only come on when cars or people are on the street it will cut politishions and graverty feed water lines for towns can have water turbines in them and dams if you bolt more turbines on them you can get 3 to 4 times more power for the same water off one dam
