Western Mystery (School) Teachings by Dr Theresa Bullard is what I use mostly. Also. The Serenity Prayer is good, as well as grounding barefooted, or even Fibonnacci breathing techniques. Plus, acceptance is easier than fighting it... always. Everything changes, everything moves, so really all you have to do is remind yourself you'll need to wait/act accordingly, knowing that whatever it is we are facing ISN'T PERMANENT AND ONLY TEMPORARY! Love watching Gaia and I'm going through a bunch, and have been for awhile. RIP Dr Roger Gilbert Sacred Geometry, love ESmith Cosmic Disclosure, and Mystery Teachings with Dr Theresa Bullard. Extremely interesting to see this after those, but also a little confused why so little info here when there is so much on Gaia? I like having the two, but you have to take some Cosm. Disc. interviews with a grain of salt. Where here I am more apt to believe Ray, considering the information he, Jason and TLS have already released
