Thank you both for this video. I read a book called "Initiation" by Elizabeth Haich where she remembers and documents her lifetime and some of the initiation process as the daughter of a Pharoah in Ancient Egypt (long before the Exodus). I was wondering if "Ray" had heard of this book and whether he has any comments on it?

If I recall correctly, regarding cigarettes, Dr Ardis said the nicotine isn’t addictive, but there are chemicals added to it that create the addiction and cause cancer. Not sure about the patches, but I would imagine they have small doses of something to alleviate the addiction. Just a guess though.

Lynn is right - if you go to the main screen of the app, in the bottom right corner, you will see an icon for your account. When you open it and scroll down, you will see notification settings, and there you can adjust .
