Right now I have canvas images of Ramana Maharshi & Anandamayi Ma (2 great Indian Saints). When I feel troubled or lost, I just look into their eyes and I see the Unconditional LOVE & it inspires me to radiate Unconditional Love to every sentient being on our planet. It's important to cultivate a healthy rel-ship w/ silence. B/c whenever we send out a prayer, it is vital to become silent & receptive so we can listen to & receive from the cosmos. 

Hi Kimberly ... Congrats on staring your spiritual awakening.  Sanctuary is a place where one is safe to occupy the center of beingness & explore union w/ the Divine. How does 1 create Sanctuary? It starts w/ calling out to the PUREST Expression of GOD ... or 1 might call to Pure Undifferentiated Cosmic Oneness ... or call out to Divine Mother or Ascended Master like Yeshua  or Quan Yin. Ask purest of the pure to surround & envelope you w/ love, light & consciousness.  Then sit quietly. Breathe slowly. Open to receive from purest of pure. Here's the kicker ... give away fears, shame, sadness, anger, even joy ... create a dynamic relationship to Purest of the Pure where U receive spiritual energy & intelligence ... let go of the past  ... so U awaken to many gifts awaiting U in present moment. U might light a candle & stare into flame. When fears come up (Am I doing it right? Could Evil touch me?) Call out to Purest of Pure to b w/ U & give fears away. Build trust. 

Jason, sorry to say, this doc is rubbish. Marfa Lights appear to be orbs. But this film has very little to do w/ Marfa Lights & e/ t to do w/ self-indulgent ppl absorbed in their own self importance.  Boring. Couldn't make it to the end. 

If you don't know how to meditate, may I suggest finding a wayshower to guide you? At age 15 I started with TM which gave me a tool that required no outside assistance. My mantra was a life raft on which I could find float above the titanic waves of 3D density. Now it's easier to connect w/ our High Vibe breathren cuz there are more of them here. And now it's more challenging cuz there's more flotsam & jetsam out there too. So focusing on what we wish to create (rather than what we dread) is of vital importance.  

For those frustrated w/ behavior of ignorant humans, May I suggest creating your own sanctuary time to reach out in meditation to Source, Ascended Masters & other High Vibers rather than blaming less evolved souls? Yes, for Starseeds ... creating 5D+ peer fields has been challenging for literally thousands of years. Personally during this C19 ScamDemic I have lost rel-ships that I thought were solid reliable 5D+. My blood Fam is & has always been blind to spirit. Right now we R on cusp of Quantum Openings. And it starts with each of us going w/n & sourcing our cosmic connections. Let's Evolve Together Today!

In addition to healing early childhood traumas, what I have discovered is how life presents opportunities to heal traumas from past lives. Especially dealing the habitual reflexive violence between humans which has played such a pivotal role in maintaining the Master/Slave Matrix here on Terra which is so contradictory to our authentic Self which radiates Love, Light & Consciousness.  Covid Scamdemic & Vax Extermination UN 2030 Project has spiked up emotions which have made it difficult for me to socialize with most ppl. I spend most hours in research and communing w/ GOD & the Lineage of Ascended Masters. Challenging times = Unique Opportunities. TY, Roxy & Pete for opening healthy inquiry for Humanity. 

As a passenger many times on Himalayan roads I feel the immediacy of riding a motorcycle on those dirt roads filled with unexpected obstacles including the darkness of night in the high mountains. Of course these riders moved into one-pointed consciousness. At the end I was looking for where to sign up for the next pilgrimmage. Great Docu-Series! I was rooting for each of the pilgrims. One oddity is how Adam failed to interview Jeff about his near-drowning. That was a definite hole at end of Ep 9 that was never even touched in Ep 10. Wierd. Guess it's tough to pick up all the loose threads. Overall EXCELLENT.  Another thing that wasn't mentioned ... Indians drive on left side of the road. Americans drive on right side of the road which is one reason that I only road a moped in Pondicherry. Otherwise I was too intimidated to drive or ride on Indian roads cuz of fear that I was default to the right side into oncoming traffic. I gotta think the Americans were challenged to adjust.
