Self- love is 24/7. Mentally enjoying "you" in any situation, place and at any time. It is do- able and takes awareness/practice. Everyone else is a projection to secretly study. (Shhhh- it's a "u" secret)

while woke I birthed 5 in hospitals - 1971-1980 No complications. 1982- 1- at -home birth- wonderful, no complications and even baked a cake that afternoon to celebrate. Mid wife and licensed doctor attended. Grateful!
