Sarah anne lee Try meditation with a YouTube video. Type in guided meditations and see what attracts you. It doesn't need to be long. 5 or 10 mins to start, until you can get into it and you feel relaxed after.
Cut out toxic products from your home and replace it with organic plant made products. An example would be Young Living essential oils. I joined them years ago and the first thing I ordered was their home kit that replaced dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc. Then I started substituting the produce for organic instead of the cheaper ones. This all take a shift in mind-set work. You need to begin feeling like you're worthy, wealthy, healthy, happy, etc for shift to happen. Where you concentrate your energy, that is what you'll get more of.
