i am in an EES session today and will look at this later this evening.

walking in this world as a 'braveheart' requires of one a sense of commitment to 'DO THE RIGHT THING' at every turn. this calls for a KNOWing of one's soul sovereignty. 

those of us living this are always the forerunners ushering in a new way of being in the world. we champion the cause our hearts are in alignment with. we disregard popular opinions and walk as an example.

we 'hold space' for others to join us.

it occurs to me that it is said; the few of us AWAKE here in the maTRIX are sufficient (energetically) to turn the tide of human thinking.

this is a MOST ENCOURAGING thought considering what looks to be a gazillion 'sleep walkers' inhabiting the planet. no offense implied or intended here. it is painfully clear to me that many individuals believing to be 'awake' are continuously 'renting out space' in their awareness to the many planned seductions into alignment with nefariously orchestrated agendas.

i continue to ask others to 'UNPLUG' from the mass hypnosis mechanism of mass media. very few comprehend the implications of what transpires when we give our ONLY RESOURCE, our attention, to a subject, an idea, a 'news flash', 'reportage'.

having lived many lives, i/eye see what remains invisible to the masses. as you know, our assignment is to forge ahead with the work we were given to do and let what wishes to unfold from the implicate order occur without attachments to outcome.

YES ! each of us is THE CURE for what ails the human condition. when we stop renting out space in our hearts and minds we remember that 'WE ARE ONE'. 

those that condone war are severely damaged humans. we owe it to all humans breathing to stand united against any agenda to wage war with anyone. the true spirit of humankind is of a loving nature. anything contrary to this is a distortion that must not be tolerated. we have the power to cancel aggression. it must be activated in the depths of our souls and sent out as a beacon of light to touch the world.

i have two dear friends from my past that were both, independent of one another, practitioners of 'urine therapy' and they each looked like radiantly happy individuals. that was several decades ago. i did see one of these friends about two years ago at an unveiling of one of my public art commissions and she was ever so radiant on that occasion. plus, she is my senior by at least a decade and i am 70 years of age. 

i am trusting that you will have a 'remarkably successFUL recovery !
