It was a wonderful experience. I wasn’t expecting my body to immediate relax. I put the headphones on & went into a meditative state the entire time. It went by so quickly. I’m still detoxing yet feel the effects. It’s hard to describe specifics yet I’ll go again next month. My body recognized it, so I’m leaning into it! Enjoy your experience! Jim
