Like yourself, I am an unique individual of the entire whole.

Thank you for sharing this, I found it quite interesting!

Sometimes I thank my food (herbs, vegetables...) for letting me eat it. It might sound crazy, but I believe everything has consciousness because nothing could exist without being created from consciousness.

Question about this: A few decades ago, I told myself I wanted my body to let me know when I was eating unhealthy stuff. I haven't consciously thought about it for a long time.

Many years later, severe allergic reactions with hyperinflammation and allergic shock etc. started. Allergies to ‘food additives’ were diagnosed in hospital. Around 2007 I was put on a rice diet for a week (no salt or anything). Since then I've only really realised how oversweetened many things are and I even disliked my previously beloved ice cream.

To this day, I don't like sweetened things. I can immediately smell and taste when there are synthetic additives in food. Sometimes my throat closes immediately and my swallowing reflex and breathing stop.

Incidentally, it also affects any synthetic substances that have led to anything from severe multiple organ damage to cancer. I am therefore ‘forced’, so to speak, to eat healthily.

Can all this have anything to do with the request I have made to myself (apart from the enzyme defects etc.)?

To me it means: self-explaining!

Let me just give you a quote from Seth Speaks, Jane Roberts. What you do with it is your choice, but you might want to think about it a little or try the experiment for your individual reality - which I did and it works!:

"Quite simply, a belief in the good without a belief in the evil, may seem highly unrealistic to you. This belief, however, is the best kind of insurance that you can have, both during physical life and afterward. It may outrage your intellect, and the evidence of your physical senses may shout that it is untrue, yet a belief in good without a belief in evil is actually highly realistic, since in physical life it will keep your body healthier, keep you psychologically free of many fears and mental difficulties, and bring you a feeling of ease and spontaneity in which the development of your abilities can be better fulfilled...

Yet you should already realize that your senses tell you many things, which are not true; and I tell you that your physical senses perceive a reality that is a result of your beliefs. Believing in evils, you will of course perceive them...

The experiment that would transform your world would operate upon the basic idea that you create your own reality according to the nature of your beliefs, and that all existence was blessed, and that evil did not exist in it. If these ideas were followed individually and collectively, then the evidence of your physical senses would find no contradiction. They would perceive the world and existence as good."

Duality is an illusion like time and space. We create our own reality - individually and collectively. This is why within the same physical reality, some experience it as a good one while others do not. It also has to do with perspective. If you focus on dog's poo in the park, you will see shit everywhere. If you focus on nice flowers instead, you will see the beautiful world we have created. It is always your choice to refuse to accept what you do not want to have. You can still see it in other peoples live, because they didn't. It also does not mean that you have to turn a blind eye on all evil, just to not accept it in your life and support others to get rid of it. Being thankful for any not so nice experience - because it helps you to grow -, being aware of it and letting it go is good way to free yourself from trauma.

No matter what you here from other people, you can trust your inner self. Listen to it, go within, there you can find pure answers from the primary source.

Wishing you all the best for the coming time and challenges you can grow and learn from while never forgetting how to enjoy life. 💫

Win: The practical experience of staying focussed and balanced despite external adversity.

Lession: Too much help (influence) can prevent others from making their own mistakes and learning and growing from them.

Change: Work even harder on following my intuition and going more with nature.

The suppression of our true loving nature, our oneness with the universe and the unlimited possibilities of cooperative creation and spiritual growth.

With choice came separation.

It is the expression of free will.

Evil is an artificially constructed exaggeration of those parts that are not accepted by the individual and are thrown outwards in order to watch the projection as apart from itself.

Staying focused/balanced within myself and through it connected with my inner self, higher self, all-that-exists.

The "future" is what it always was: exciting! It is neither about what is coming or what has been, but what you are feeling within you right now. We are all growing more into what we really are and the way is our learning process. I am thankful for everything. Fear tought me not to be afraid as pain challenged me to work more on healing. Live gives us more hints about what we truly think about ourselves and where we could grow than anything about others. We all are individual units of the same whole. Trust makes a difference, love is the key.
