First, I would match the $1000 and then hold a contest to award $2000 for the best humanitarian project ideas that would meet the following requirements:

1) Provide a product or service, or a category of products & services, that could be used by a large majority of the world’s population with necessary adjustments for the region.

2) Would allow an income producing mechanism so the project could be self-sustaining and, in fact, grow to help other regions in need.

3) Would allow for job growth, training or volunteerism to sustain an entire region and build community among the participants.

When we foster ideas around caring for others, the love for others will grow exponentially.

Ray said "Rays of Light" has not been released yet. TLS won't let him release it. My theory is... WE, the PEOPLE aren't ready to KNOW the codes in the book. Makes me think they hold information on HOW to manifest the power he speaks of regarding the EVIL ones.  The last thing we need is more evil people knowing how to capture power. :)
