And it's not just Facebook that does it.. youtube..google..Tik-Toc.. and basically anything that's connected to my phone.. it's fucked up.. I don't feed into it and I don't follow their rabbit hole.. I see it acknowledge what it is doing and then keep on moving.

Anything that susks you into it for more than an hour when you had a simple intention of reading and possibly replying with a one intentionl reply and an hour later your on a whole different page can't be good for you or be healthy for that matter.. but most people aren't conscious of this or realize what is happening but it's just not a good thing LOL I'm glad you have moved on from that.

Yeah I don't really use Facebook either.. I post stuff to certain groups and I reply to a very small amount of the comments associated with my posts or stories. I just like sharing the stuff that has impacted me or thoughts or questions I have.. bottom line us that I don't get sucked into the platform or read a post and then 3 hours later I'm still reading things I don't even particularly care about.. lol its fucked up if your actaully conscious of what is really happening to your mind as you get sucked into the endless hole of bullshit.. I'm in and out. Other groups I'm involved in I'll go more in depth with reading and replying.
