Barry Jenkins from what I understand about the ego is that it is a false self image that has been created not only by your own brain and your own spirit but has been created collectively so the true interpretation of who we are, our higher self, gets masked behind this false perception about how or who we need to be to survive instead of thrive. Letting go ego is actually kinda complicated depending as far as you've gone into this false perception of self but when you let go of ego and the mind set of thinking you are the center of the Universe. I feel like when one realizes that ego is actually just an illusion of self and part of the matrix which has been corrupted you set your true self free. You begin to realize that you are one part of a whole and that everything is one. Ego keeps you stuck in a certain reality. When you start unmasking the ego true love and manifestation along with synchronization of your life will fall into place. That's my personal take on ego.

Akhi regardless of any beliefs or any religion we are both here for the same damn thing..TO LOVE.. and that is the common denominator within all belief structures..no matter what the stories say or no matter what the history is it all stems back to the same divine power of external and internal love to yourself and everything in the universe. Akhi historically speaking the oldest written text has been said to be atleast 2,700 years old.. I'm not sure how reliable the source is but it seems pretty stiff to me.. I think the Bible came from light beings or ET's to begin with and possibly was deriven from the Ra civilizations.. so how old is the Bible then?? I'm curious..?

Akhi if we've only been historically around for 12,000 years and only have had access to the Bible and all the other stuff in relation for about 2,700 years what has come before that and before us and how is what we've come to know and understand more competent to what other ET civilizations have come to learn and to believe. Some of these races have been around for hundred of thousands of years and possibly even millions.. so my point is that us humans are not as important as people suggest and we do not really know anything and we are infants and from my understand very advanced and old ET civilizations still don't understand the whole"god" thing either.. they just know that everything is connected and everything is one.
