So you can start doing training and when you wake up in the morning you say tonight I'm going to dream and when I wake up I'm going to remember my dreams and in an hour you say it again in 2 hours you repeat it again and keep repeating this throughout the day and you go to bed that night You're laying in bed don't want to look at any clocks or watches set any alarms you want to put your phone far away from you the way you set your alarm is you use your head and you count by hitting your pillow with your head gently I want to wake up at 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 boom 7:00 a.m. your brain will set that alarm clock for you and so there's no influence from electronic devices make sure that you're drinking plenty of fluids but around the 2-hour mark before you go to bed you aren't drinking any fluids and so you're not waking up and having to use the restroom keep a journal right next to your bedside and if you happen to wake up record anything that you can remember do not force yourself and stress yourself out because as soon as you go what was it what was it you are creating the thought in your head that you're losing the dream or you can't remember before you even give yourself a chance to remember and it's muscle memory so keep doing the same routine every night and that saying the same thing every day all throughout the day I'm going to remember my dreams you know I'm going to dream tonight and I'm going to remember my dreams and see what happens,🫂🤟🏻
