Im having difficulty understanding how to meditate exactly. Ive used the fractul meditation sounds and images, or just closing my eyes, but my problem is that i always fall asleep, i cant stay awake so how is this possible to not fall asleep?

I know this may sound cliché but if you want to heal yourself, all you have to do is believe in yourself and that your not sick, in fact, you are very much healthy and all that sickness is just make believe. Great interview and such a interesting subject. I started out on my journey to spread the information in hopes of changing the collective minds of our humanity by watching Dr.Steven M.Greer over 2 yrs ago, and ever since Unacknowledged came out I was hooked, and have since watched every one of his documentaries and have learned so much and even have spread the news far and wide thru my pursuit of my online college degree in Geoscience at Southern New Hampshire University, when I used Dr.Greer's information in a few of my college papers, and still spread the word to people face to face, although it has come with trials and tribulations which i think has been due to my informative mouth and has landed me on a Federal Govt Watchlist, as im now looked at like an extremist and/or part of a terrorist organization. Ive recently got into Jason Shurka and his interviews with Ray. I have never felt so sure in my life that all of this TLS information is also 100% facts. Way to go you two!!
