Fruits and vegetables absolutely do not feed candida they help kill the viruses, etc. within us that are responsible for creating more candida… when there are other problems in our bodies, such as viruses, the body creates candida for protection… Candida is a sign that there’s something else going on within us…. You lower candida in the body by eating more fruits and vegetables, intern destroying the viruses for example, that would be responsible for creating more candida… Fruits and vegetables also help rid the body of E. coli… fruits and vegetables are better eaten without fats. If the sugars in the fruits, for example, are eaten with fat that’s what then cause insulin resistance…. This can happen in different degrees depending on the condition of the liver.
