Yes! Agree. I’ve learned the most from my mistakes in life which I feel has made me a better person. More understanding and caring. Towards myself and others. More loving. Yet more wise. To not repeat same mistakes. Stronger. Getting to know my true self better and better.

Both I think when you build character it is a win.

Interesting that at this point in time. The light is shining onto mental health awareness and care. Instead of abuse hidden in the dark and not talked about.

Totally agree with what you say and your experience. I was backwards most of my life. I was very spiritual and intelligent but a emotional wreck I believe due to trauma I was born into. Most of my life I was socially anxious . Not trusting people or myself. I’ve finally at age 71 faced my fears /emotions. And discovered my inner spirit and strength and learned who I am. And to trust and love and forgive myself and others. 🙏❤️
