My daughter is going thru mental health issues due to drugs she has taken. She's been sober this coming fall will be 2 years, but she suffers from the after effects. There were days she wouldn't sleep and that would cause her to hallucinate. She was hospitalized and given meds, but they weren't helping. So, we took her to see a medicine man. Him and his wife did a ceremony and told her what she needed to do and what natural medicines to drink. Ceremony was done on Fri, since then there's been a big improvement. She's sleeping and not having her hallucinations as much as before. Like she was having them all day, her kids couldn't even communicate with her. Anywho, I'm not sure if you're a believer of ceremonies or natural healing, but I just wanted to share my story. Ps, I'm Ojibway native and one doesn't have to be native to get healing thru ceremonies.

Ancestors are hundreds if not thousands of years old, they've probably reincarnated until they reached the level of being an ancestor.

Stick to your own group of people", I've heard this among our people. Native people are spiritual and honour the land, the universe the animals and elders/medicine men and women(ones that are true, some take advantage of it), our way of life is similar to the Munks. By sticking to your own group of people you're continuing teachings, traditions, way of living.

Native people in Canada, their children were taken away to residential schools. They were forced religion on them. They were beaten for speaking their language. Starved, stripped of their identity. I believe the government wants all native people wiped out due to the connection they have with the ETs. Pictographs indicate the visits they've had. My mom was apart of the residential system, she remembers her people having ceremonies in private. Now she understands. She also, went on learning our old ways. Spiritual Journey. The little she has heard Ray say, she said that is what the elders and ancestors have said.
