I've never heard someone explain how they do this, if we say manifestation it kimda fits but then you add the hypnotic suggestion. In light of you asking for clarity about manipulation i have to say it was added and wasnt needed. Im not being negative in my assumption that if you are manifesting it doesnt take the extra interaction with the "higher self" entities.
