'Straight out of a horror movie': this is New Zealand's new pandemic plan.
Last month, the New Zealand government published a new version of that country's pandemic plan.
The document is a blueprint for tackling any future pandemic in New Zealand. H5N1 or bird flu is specifically mentioned.
Page 125 talks about 'special powers'. These can be used in the event of an emergency to 'isolate or quarantine or disinfect persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals or things'.
Horror movie
People in isolation or quarantine may be forced to receive “preventive treatment.” Buildings such as schools can also be closed. The police can also be deployed for this.

Page 147 states that the government can impose restrictions on people who refuse to be vaccinated. These restrictions relate to 'work, access to buildings and other activities'. In other words: the return of vaccination certificates and mandatory vaccination.
Medical-fascist state
People may be forced to get tested, screened or vaccinated. They may also be forced into isolation or quarantine or to undergo 'preventive treatment', whatever that means. The government can also seize land, buildings and vehicles.
Former Australian MP Craig Kelly is warning people they will enter a medical-fascist state if they travel to New Zealand, where they could be detained by police to be injected with a 'preventive treatment'
