I have a question regarding how you clean yourself, I guess it would be clean your soul or something to that effect. The reason why I'm asking this is because of what Ray said about dreams I am one who really doesn't have very many dreams and when I do I can barely remember them. I have considered myself almost to the point of Ascension, I've felt moments of what I call ascended mindsets yet from what Ray was saying it seems that I'm very far away and if what he's saying is true, you have to live very very clean life, I have in some ways, and haven't in other ways so now I'd like to find out how I clean that which needs to be cleaned to reach higher levels. I know there's people that can do it my question is this, is one of the places that it can be done inside a Latter-Day Saint Temple? If not how can I go about doing this. I was a whole food plant-based diet guy for a couple years was working out all that time too and then I fell off and got back to my addictions. I've always been a very very spiritual person leaning mostly away from religion except for the fact of gathering and learning information. I need help though. I know I can be a great power in this world, I just need to know how to get cleaned to the point where my dreams are vivid and I can start to live a very clean life and do the things needed to help this world move in the right direction. I know a ton of quantum physics behind all of this stuff which can make a lot make sense even things like levitation that Ray talks about and universal oneness. Quantum physics can explain it all and I see it.

I have a much better understanding now how things work and where religion fits into it all please let me know can I go to the latter-day Saint Temple to have this process done I guess it's purifying from the inside something to that effect? They have this type of process I just don't know if it's a viable one or if Ray has any knowledge about this however I know I must get clean now that Ray pointed out that I am obviously not.

We would need at least a few in the group elevated around whom are on the delta, or gamma level and at the very least theta as there should be highly intuitive level people almost on the side of psychic or remote viewing because the psychopaths would look at us as cattle lining up for the slaughter without the protection of TLS I feel as though they would not hesitate to move in. Don't get me wrong I am all for it and am nearing a point of possibly raising my frequency but we would be exposed not being as evolved nor protected as Ray and Jason.
